Title: Managing Agile software development with Scrum
Abstract: In this audience-interactive session on Agile & Scrum we will lecture on the core principles of Agile project management, cover the essential aspects & roles within running an Agile project using Scrum, soliciting audience experience, successes, failures & war stories along the way. The second half of the night will be hands on, working as a team(s) to practice the core concepts we've covered.
Bio:An experienced project manager, Benjie followed many of the core Agile principles in his projects before he'd officialy learned what Agile was. Now a Certified Agile Practitioner with nTier Training, Benjie's current role involves building partnerships & uncovering new business opportunities for nTier, supplemented with periodic teaching and coaching assignments around Agile/Scrum methodology.
