Title: Overview of Solr Enterprise Search and its Application in Life Science Research
Abstract:Solr search engine has been widely adopted in eCommerce web site to support product search and browsing. In this talk, we will review Solr's architecture, implementation, and configuration, and discuss how it could be used as a knowledge platform for semi-structured or unstructured data locked in today's enterprise data silos, especially in the drug discovery industry.
